The Kripsol corrugated pipe adapter It is an accessory designed to connect a corrugated pipe of this brand to a standard swimming pool light recess.

Its function is to adapt the niche opening to the connection system used by the Kripsol pipe. This allows the installation to be completed without having to make any makeshift modifications to any of the components.

Trypool’s reference is ACCADAPK and is made of nylon. The product specification confirms that it is compatible with standard recesses and is supplied individually.

In an underwater lighting installation, the corrugated conduit is used to route the spotlight cable from the recess to the junction box located outside the pool.

This route should allow the cable to be fed through and protected, as well as facilitating future maintenance work where the layout of the installation permits.

To ensure the assembly is fitted correctly, the connection between the pipe and the recess must be compatible. The ACCADAPK adapter enables this connection to be made when a Kripsol corrugated pipe is used with a standard recess.

This adapter must only be used when the pipe fitted is compatible with the Kripsol system.

This should not be confused with the AstralPool corrugated hose adapter. The Trypool catalogue distinguishes between the two product codes:

Both models are compatible with standard recesses, but are designed for different pipes.

Before placing your order, we recommend that you check the pipe brand, the niche model and the type of connection available. You should not select the adapter based solely on the part’s external appearance.

Before installation, surfaces must be clean and free from dust, mortar or construction debris. The adapter must be fitted without forcing the connection and in accordance with the orientation specified by the system.

If the installation requires gaskets, sealants or additional components, these must be compatible with nylon and with the materials of the pipe and the recess.

The route of the corrugated pipe should also be checked. The following should be avoided:

The product consists solely of the adapter. It does not include the corrugated conduit, the recessed fitting, the spotlight, the cable or the junction box.

It is designed for installers, swimming pool builders and technical service providers who need to fit a Kripsol corrugated pipe into a standard lighting recess.

The Kripsol corrugated pipe adapter It allows this type of conduit to be connected to a standard pool lighting recessed fitting.
