The corner piece for overflow grille enables changes in direction along the perimeter of infinity pools. All variants are 22 mm high and are available with angles of 45° or 90° and widths of 245 or 295 mm. Select the combination that matches the channel geometry and the width of the straight grating used in the installation.

The corner fitting for 22 mm overflow grille It is designed to accommodate changes in direction along the perimeter of swimming pools with an overflow channel. It is fitted alongside the straight sections of grating to ensure continuity around the pool and to adapt the layout to the shape of the pool.
The range comprises four different combinations, resulting from selecting an angle of 45° or 90° and a width of 245 or 295 mm. Trypool also offers straight grating with a height of 22 mm and the same widths, allowing for the creation of a dimensionally consistent assembly.
The angle must be chosen according to the actual geometry of the perimeter.
The version of 90° It is designed for right-angle changes of direction. It is the standard choice when two sides of the channel meet to form a right-angle corner.
The version of 45° It allows for diagonal changes of direction or layouts that do not use a conventional right-angled corner. One variant should not be substituted for another simply because they are the same width, as the shape of the piece determines the continuity of the route.
Before placing your order, it is advisable to check the pool plan, measure the angle and verify whether the required corner is an internal or external corner, or has a specific geometry. The current documentation does not expressly distinguish between internal and external corners, so this point must be verified where the project requires it.
The width of the corner must match the width of the straight section.
The available options are:
It is not recommended to combine a 245 mm corner piece with a 295 mm grating, as this would result in a discontinuity along the perimeter and could lead to unevenness or gaps.
Before fitting the corner pieces, the following must be checked:
The base must be even to prevent movement, differences in height or areas where debris might accumulate. The corner must not be forced between two straight sections, as this could cause it to warp or result in an uneven joint.
Corners should be removed or raised, where the design permits, to clean the channel and remove any accumulated leaves, dirt or deposits.
It is also advisable to check the following regularly:
A damaged corner must be replaced with one of the same angle, height and width to maintain the continuity of the perimeter.
